Sarah Hitt, Office Manager

“Sometimes all we need to do is take a deep breath, close our eyes, and pay attention. You can change the world with small acts of kindness; the little things add up to big things.” – Sarah Hitt

Sarah Hitt has always had a desire to be of service. Her earliest jobs were at the local nursing home where she developed a passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly. She has worked in various areas of health care, from vocational rehabilitation and job coaching for patients with traumatic brain injuries, to Therapeutic Recreation for patients with Alzheimer’s and other dementia, to certified nursing assistant roles in various long term care facilities. Outside of work, Sarah trained at Second City Training Center in the improv program. Sarah spent many years working at Midtown Tennis Club at the front desk and in member services. In those roles, she was able to utilize her drive to help people and her unique personality to make sure all the members felt listened to and taken care of. She has always had a passion for holistic and natural medicine and is proud to be part of a team that shares her beliefs that there are better solutions than just turning to surgery and medication.
